Pepper From ‘American Horror Story’ Is A Secret Real-Life Hottie

In a show where many of the titular “Freaks” are actually movie stars such as Jessica Lange, Evan Peters, and Sarah Paulson, “American Horror Story: Freak Show“‘s microcephalic Pepper (Naomi Grossman) has always stood out as one of the most legitimately unsettling creations of all. (She went to an insane asylum for maybe cutting off a baby’s ears and drowning him, after all.)

As the only character to appear in two iterations of “AHS” thus far (Lily Rabe‘s Sister Mary Eunice will soon pop over from “Asylum” as well), Pepper has become a fan-favorite tertiary character over the years, but few fans seem to know that the actress who plays her is the show’s de facto most stunning transformation.
