Nicki Minaj has no time to grieve manager

Nicki-Minaj-has-no-time-to-grieve-managerNicki Minaj hasn't had time to mourn the death of her road and tour manager.

Last month two of her crew members, De'Von Pickett and Eric Parker, were stabbed in a bar altercation in Philadelphia.
De'Von lost his life, with Nicki revealing how hard it has been to focus on work since the tragedy.
"I don't think people understand how fast-paced this business is. You never get the chance sometimes to do what normal people do, like mourn a loss. Everything happens so fast," Nicki told British newspaper Metro.

"[De'Von] was part of my crew, and it is devastating to think someone can work somewhere, make a living and then lose their life for absolute nothing."

Eric remains in hospital. Pierce Boykin has been charged with De'Von's murder as well as attempted murder, aggravated assault and related offenses, reports CBS.
The rest of Nicki's team are also struggling to come to terms with what happened.

"My band members took it very hard. They were with him all the time and toured with him for years. When I came to rehearsal after he had been killed, the look on everyone's face - it was heart-wrenching," she admitted.

However the 32-year-old star isn't letting the death stop her The Pinkprint Tour, as she feels that would be letting Pierce Win.

The stage show kicks off on March 16 in Stockholm, Sweden before making its way to other European cities. In June she'll stage two shows in America, before finishing in England on July 5.
"I can't let anything stop us from putting on the show because that would be quitting. So we're going to continue the tour in his memory," she explained.
